Debbie O'Dea

In 1997, Debbie, her partner and 3 children made the big move from South Australia to Mackay to Owner/ Manage the Premier Caravan Park on Nebo Road. They operated this business for 7 years, thoroughly enjoying the park lifestyle and interaction with guests from all walks of life.

The whole family fell in love with the tropical lifestyle and all the benefits of living in this great city, so much so that after the business was sold they purchased their own home in Glenella and have further entrenched their roots in Mackay.

Debbie has previously been involved in the Real Estate Industry in South Australia mainly in Administration and Property Management. Sales has however, always attracted her and when the opportunity arose for her to step into Sales, she didn’t hesitate. Having now been selling real estate in and around the Mackay area for over 16 years, Debbie has now joined the friendly team at Pinpoint Property and is ready to assist you with your next Sale or Purchase.

Debbie feels very strongly about treating clients as she would like to be treated and works hard to build a strong connection with both sellers and buyers. Her caring natures ensures that one of the biggest decisions of their lives can be made without being pressured. Going the extra mile to make her clients feel comfortable usually means they return to her for future business dealings as well as passing on referrals to family and friends.

In her life away from the office, Debbie finds solace and exhilaration in her passion for outrigging. The rhythmic dance of paddles slicing through water, the teamwork that synchronizes like clockwork, and the rush of the open ocean fuel her passion like nothing else. Away from the rush of day to day deadlines, appointments, negotiations and everything in between outrigging becomes her sanctuary— reinvigorating her, boosting her stamina and energy levels, which she channels into her professional endeavors.
